Starling: Ichigo

It's Ichigo, from my comic. I've FINALLY finished him *o*. Not awesome, but I'm just happy that it's done.

Wasn't Ichigo such a pretty-boy back when he was young? Now he's all old and tough-looking (see that macho-looking headshot in the background XD;;. This image was inspired/loosely based off of my old "Zhriffixx" drawing buried somewhere in my gallery. Same colors, same poses. Just proves my lack of improvement because they look the same XD.

The thing I DID work on was composition. Because my art teacher asked for better composition. Hopefully, the purposeful way I used red to make people's eyes circle the image and blue fade out is sufficient "composition"? Or is that color theory?

As a sidenote, I got an iPod for my birthday <3. This is pretty special to me because all I'd ever had was a CD player and never an MP3, so I'm ecstatic. I can even play solitaire on it! *click click click* XP
